Patterned, Not Broken.

Whether you’re “sick” or well, if you’re interested in improving your health, you’re likely going to have to change.

And change is hard.

It takes energy, courage, and vulnerability to make changes to our lives. 

It’s going to take the right work, the right actions, and practice. Which doesn’t sound like a whole lot of fun.

To make it happen we need meaning and purpose. We need support and connection. We need compassion and insight.
